Q1 2024 Performance of Top Fast Food Apps in Latin America on iOS

In the first quarter of 2024, the fast food and fast casual restaurant mobile app landscape in Latin America has shown diverse trends in downloads and weekly active users, as reported by Sensor Tower. Here's a closer look at the performance of the top five apps on the iOS platform during this period.

McDonald's Offers and Delivery saw a notable spike in downloads, reaching a peak of 138K in late February, and ended the quarter with approximately 91K downloads. Weekly active users started at 623K and showed an increasing trend, finishing the quarter with 675K users.

The Burger King Brasil app experienced a steady download rate, starting the year with 37K downloads and peaking at 41K in early March. The app's weekly active users displayed a consistent increase from 129K in the first week of January to 136K by the end of March.

Starbucks México had a varied download trend with numbers fluctuating between 14K and 20K throughout the quarter. The app's active users showed resilience, starting at 173K and growing to 185K in mid-March before settling at 169K active users by the quarter's end.

Habib's download figures presented an uneven pattern, beginning at 8.6K and reaching a high of 14K in mid-February. The weekly active user count for the app was relatively stable, hovering around the 40K mark for most of the quarter.

Lastly, the KFC APP (Ecu, Col, Chi, Arg) showed a gradual increase in downloads, with a notable jump to nearly 12K in late March. Weekly active users for the app started at 54K, saw a mid-quarter high of 61K, and ended slightly lower at 62K.
